The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to induct fresh graduates and ease their transition from university into the business environment and also expose them to business practices that will help set the foundation for success throughout their careers.

Brief Job Description:

The primary responsibility is to manage core business/branch functions in line with the vision of the bank regarding the provision of the top of the line banking services to its valued clients. After comprehensive training, they will be strategically placed across the bank in all areas of the banking ranging from branch banking to support offices where their skills will be utilized efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria for TBO Batch 46:

• Masters or four years Bachelor’s degree will be eligible to apply in the following disciplines.

1. Banking & Finance
2. Economics
3. Accounting
4. Statistics
5. Business Administration (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
6. Mathematics
7. English

• Age should not exceed 27 years as of Dec 31, 2016.
• Candidates providing services through outsourced companies may deduct their working period with the bank while calculating their age.
• Minimum CGPA 0f 3.0 or 70% marks or A: grade as applicable.
• Candidates from HEC recognized/accredited foreign universities
