Job Profile: Developing, planning and executing business strategies for payment and collection solutions. Originating and managing relationships with the existing and new clients. Managing and motivating sales team in order to provide effective and efficient cash management services to customers. Retaining and growing existing customer portfolio to positively effect the bottom line. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Skills Required: Proven track record in financial services sales. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical skills. Educational Background & Experience: Masters level education in Finance or Marketing. 10 years experience in Cash Management and Payment Services in a commercial bank with 5 years in a leadership role.
